Digitas was named the Social AOR for TurboTax in October of 2025, and I joined the team a few days later. This account taught me a lot, fast: how to onboard a large account and build process from the ground up, how to coordinate across numerous IAT partners, then how to run it all at scale.

Once we hit our groove, we were a content machine. With in-house creators and traditional creative teams, we were shipping around 50 unique assets a month, across paid and organic, plus big moments like the Super Bowl, March Madness, and an Uber partnership. On top of managing asset approvals, resizing, and final QA, I was also trafficking these assets with our media team. By the end of tax season, we had published around 1300 ads, all within about 5 months.

The manual trafficking process was a serious time suck, so with the help of Claude Code, I built a tool that automates it. It ingests a creative deck and places the assets (copy, headlines, etc.) directly into the trafficking sheet, and also auto-builds tracking links. In-season, it saves me about 2 hours a day.
