My first production was centered around the Military Entrancing Processing Station (MEPS), which is where military hopefuls go on their first step to enlisting. In true docu-style fashion, we had no idea who, or if anyone at all, would show up when we got to the station at 5am in the morning. We hoped and prayed that some of the service members and civilian workers would be good on camera - and they were. We created four longform videos that aimed to educate potential service members on all things MEPS.

Being my first shoot, I was able to get my feet wet in all aspects of pre-pro, actual shoot responsibilities, and everything in the edit. I learned a lot of valuable lessons on this small shoot, and made even more memories!
